With over 25 years of experience at the Pre-School, Allison brings a wealth of childcare knowledge to the team. Working in the Lower School's Care Club, Allison also provides excellent continuity of care for those Pre-School children attending.

Allison is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and has the following qualifications:

• BTEC level 3
• NVQ 4 Childcare, Learning & Development
• Paediatric First Aid

Louise has specific responsibilities for Safeguarding Children and co-ordinating care for Looked After Children in the setting.

Having worked as a volunteer in Reception class, Louise is in a great position to ensure the children are prepared for a smooth transition to Lower School. She has been with the Pre-School since 2007 and has the following qualifications:

• NVQ3 Childcare, Learning & Development
• Paediatric First Aid

Debbie co-ordinates the Pre-School's Equal Opportunities policy and behaviour management. Debbie has the following qualifications:

• NVQ2 Childcare, Learning & Development
• Paediatric First Aid

Lynda is the Pre-School's Health and Safety Co-ordinator; she is currently working towards NVQ2 Childcare, Learning & Development qualification and is a Paediatric First Aider.
