Frequently Asked Questions

We have put together some answers to questions we are regularly asked which we hope you will find useful.

Can I have a look around the Pre-School?

Yes, please just give us a call to arrange a time for you and your child to come in.

What is the induction process?

We offer a home visit as part of the induction and settling-in process. These normally take place at the start of the term that the child is due to start in Pre-School.

Can I apply for 2, 3 & 4 year old government funding at two nurseries/pre-schools?

Yes, provided that you do not exceed your total entitlement per week of funded early years education across the two settings. Please note that you will be asked to provide details when you complete funding forms at both of your pre-schools/nurseries each term.

Do you accept childcare vouchers and tax credits?

Yes we accept all recognised childcare vouchers and tax credits.

How do I register for a place?

Please download the Application Form below, complete it and send it in to us with your registration fee, if applicable.

What is the registration fee for & do I need to pay it?

The fee covers the administrative cost of processing your registration e.g. liaison regarding session requirements, sending out welcome packs, arranging home visits etc.

If your child will be attending more than 5 sessions per week or is not eligible for government funding on their start date, then you do need to pay the registration fee.
