Existing members are given the opportunity to request session amendments before places are allocated to new starters.
Deadlines for session amendment requests are published on the Information for members page of the website and in newsletters.
We confirm any requests for session changes before places are allocated to new members.
Waiting list for members
We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible however there is a limitation on the total number of sessions available. In the event that sessions are full, we will maintain a waiting list and
the following criteria will be applied (in the rank order shown) to decide the order in which sessions will be allocated:
1. Children eligible for Nursery Education Funding who have not taken their 15 hours universal entitlement
2. Length of time on the waiting list
Any requests to defer additional sessions once places have been confirmed will be treated as a new request on the waiting list; therefore a place is not guaranteed for the next term.
Please let us know if your child has any planned absence as this will allow us to offer ad-hoc sessions to parents who may need them.
